Purchasing a plan implies acceptance of these terms and conditions:
There is no guarantee of service.
Services may be brought offline, limited, altered, suspended, or terminated without warning.
There is no guarantee of access.
Access is discretionary and may be suspended, terminated, or restricted, including cancellation of subscriptions, at any time for any reason.
There is no guarantee of uptime.
Services are offered as-is. Maintenance, software crashes, hardware malfunctions, content issues, network problems, and any other negative impacts may cause indefinite outages. Downtime protection may not mitigate all outages and is available only on select plans.
All prices and perks are subject to adjustment.
Costs rise regularly in response to inflation, market scarcity, hardware prices, and network use. Prices will be adjusted accordingly. Perks will be modified in response to security issues, quota enforcement, and usage constraints. Public updates on these issues may not occur.
Opening a payment dispute will result in a ban.
If a dispute is filed with a payment processor, the user will be removed and banned from all services.
Receiving a fraud warning will result in a ban.
If a payment is flagged as fraudulent, the user will be removed and banned from all services.
Members should keep up to date on posts and announcements.
Updates and changes may be made at any time. It is the user's responsibility to be informed and prepared. Administrative decisions will not be altered based on the user's failure to read.
Support is only offered for issues originating from the provider.
Technical support is not offered for apps, devices, third-party software, hardware, or any other technological problems experienced by users that are not directly caused by a service malfunction. Once it has been verified that the issue is not originating from the provider's servers, network, or files, support will end. Issues outside the provider's purview are the user's responsibility to fix.
